Deep-Dive Assessment, $999
A one-hour working session. I bring a short list of 3 to 7 tools matched to your business, and we map out how to put each one to work.
AI Concierge
The concierge is a guided consulting and training service for individuals and business owners. We work together in your accounts, using your priorities and real tasks.
- Two 45-minute working calls per month.
- Guided Claude onboarding, relevant business context, and reusable instructions or skills developed during the agreed work.
- A shared notebook for session notes, next steps, and reusable material.
- Voice-message support (Voxer) between sessions, with replies within 12 hours, Monday to Friday.
What monthly support covers
Questions, guidance, and work during your scheduled sessions. Unlimited questions do not mean unlimited development, emergency availability, or outsourced execution. We agree on priorities so the time is useful and expectations are clear.
What is scoped separately
Custom application development, complex integrations, larger automations, knowledge-library reconstruction, and team workshops require their own scope and price. Third-party software subscriptions and usage fees are additional. You approve any additional work before it begins.
Your involvement
Bring the context and material needed for the agreed work, participate in working sessions, and review AI outputs before relying on them. We discuss account access and appropriate data handling before connecting systems or sharing business information with AI tools.
Billing and cancellation
Once an engagement is agreed and payment is set up, concierge service is charged at signup and renews monthly. Cancel before the next renewal; support continues through the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. The written service agreement will specify the billing date, cancellation route, and scheduling arrangements.
What we can commit to
Patient guidance, honest recommendations, and delivery of the agreed work. Outcomes depend on your business, participation, source material, and the tools involved. We do not guarantee revenue, hours saved, error-free AI outputs, or protection from future market changes.
